The ao dai is pretty, but the embroidery where there is no lining fabric (sleeves and collar) is really rough on the skin - it caused irritation on the skin after wearing it for a while. I had to sew on some scrap fabric on the inside of the collar to prevent chafing from the embroidery, but there’s not much you can do about the sleeves. Do not recommend if you have sensitive skin. Also had issues with the fabric being stiff initially, had to gently steam it for a while so that the wrinkles released and the sleeves laid flat.

The last star off is due to the details along the seam being separated/not being continuous or at least spaced out.

I had a trip to Vietnam for 3 weddings for my daughter and I needed some Ao dai', and I got them really fast and well put together, and they sent some to Alaska for my other daughter,.

Fitted nicely, the fabric was really nice but was really wrinked even when steam ironed. Took a long pre-order time but was worth the wait. 5/5 áo dài.
