Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. Full payment will be collected at checkout, and we will store your payment method to charge any remaining balance upon fulfillment.
All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed. After your item is fulfilled, you may be eligible for a store credit return, in line with our returns policy. For more details, please review our returns and exchanges policy.
Gift card is not a supported payment method for pre-orders.
Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped together under pre-order conditions when all items are ready. If you need a ready-to-ship item faster, please place separate orders for pre-order and ready-to-ship items.
