ORDER AND SHIPPING POLICY

Order Cancellations:

We do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances. Once an order is placed, it will be processed as is.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days for delivery during peak seasons or for custom items.

Out-of-Stock Items:

We try our best to have the most updated online inventory. However, due to high demand, stock errors can occur. In the case an item in your order is out of stock due to inventory errors, we will try our best to reach out to you so you can pick an alternative item.

If no alternative is selected, please expect to receive a refund for only the out-of-stock item. The remaining items in your order will be shipped as is.

We do not allow cancellations of the entire order due to one item being out of stock, regardless of any style or circumstances.

Shipping Policy:

For pre-orders, shipping will occur once the item becomes available, generally within 3-4 weeks from the ordering date, unless otherwise noted.

Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped together under pre-order conditions when all items are ready. If you need a ready-to-ship item faster, please place separate orders for pre-order and ready-to-ship items.

We cannot guarantee any delivery date. The estimated delivery date displayed at checkout is an estimate and does not account for possible postal delays.

Free shipping offer (if any) is applicable for domestic (U.S.) orders only and is provided through economy/ground mail. Ground mail can take 5-10 business days without postal delays. If you need faster delivery options, please select other methods at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders (Canada and Australia). Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees associated with their orders.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The timeframe calculated at checkout reflects the estimated delivery time from the carrier. Please keep in mind that we still require time to process your order.

In the event a package is returned to the sender, a reshipping cost may be applied, or a store credit will be issued. The original shipping cost is not refundable.

PICKUP POLICY

We do not accept order cancellations. The processing time for pickup orders is listed at checkout. Please note that all orders must be picked up within 2 weeks after the order is ready for pickup. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pickup orders, with a store credit issued in such cases.
