I really liked the design of the ao dai, but unfortunately it arrived missing one of the ribbons, which was very disappointing as it's an important part of the overall look. The seller was responsive and offered a 10% refund. That said, the dress wasn't exactly as pictured due to a quality control oversight. I would advise other customers, especially for international orders, to be very cautious and aware of this if you are looking to receive the complete design as advertised.
