Very pretty, but weird arm sizing

I love the material and design. The quality and stitching is really great.
The body fits exactly as size chart (tight, but not uncomfortable). If you want a looser fit, I would size up.
The big issue is with the arms, specifically the armpit area. The armpit/top of sleeve is sooo shallow. This causes the armpits to be extremely tight and hurts. And it also forces the neckline to sit higher up in a weird location in the middle of my neck.
I will be taking it to my seamstress to remove and add new sleeves.
