We carefully followed the size chart to choose the correct size for our dogs, yet the items were still far too big. We didn’t realize there was a strict no-exchange policy until after we contacted the store to ask for a size exchange. Instead of helping, we were told the sale was final and nothing could be done. They even said the item couldn’t be returned because it was tried on—despite the fact that we were asking for an exchange, not a return.
When I explained that the size chart was clearly inaccurate, they dismissed the issue by saying that “all dogs are different” and refused to take any responsibility. Rather than acknowledging a problem with their sizing, they simply blamed us for choosing the wrong size.
This experience felt cold, unfair, and very disappointing. It seemed like their only goal was to sell products, not to care about their customers or stand behind what they sell. We had previously bought an Ao Dai for humans from this store and trusted them enough to come back for our pets, but after this experience, I will never shop here again. I’m usually an easy, understanding customer, but this interaction completely changed my opinion. I would not recommend this store to anyone
